Real Phone Validation is a verification feature used to validate phone numbers before leads are accepted into the system. It helps identify invalid, fake, disconnected, or improperly formatted phone numbers to improve overall lead quality.

To configure Real Phone Validation in the admin panel:

• Login into the PingTreeSystems Admin Dashboard
• Click on your Profile Menu from the top-right corner
• Select Setting from the dropdown menu
• The settings page will open
• Locate the Real Phone Validation section

The top toggle switch enables or disables the Real Phone Validation module globally.

• ON — Phone validation service is enabled system-wide
• OFF — Phone validation service is completely disabled
• When disabled, no phone validation checks will be performed during lead processing

The Phone toggle controls active phone verification behavior.

• ON — All submitted phone numbers will be validated using the configured validation API
• OFF — Phone number validation will be skipped
• This helps prevent low-quality or invalid lead submissions

The API Token field is used to connect PingTreeSystems with the Real Phone Validation provider.

• Enter the valid API Token provided by the phone validation service
• The API token authenticates all validation requests sent from the system
• Without a valid token, the phone verification service cannot function properly

After completing the configuration:

• Enable the required validation toggles
• Enter the correct API Token
• Click the Save button
• The system will store the validation settings and apply phone verification during lead processing

Using Real Phone Validation provides several advantages:
