Email Oversight Validation is a lead verification and compliance feature used to validate customer contact information before processing or delivering leads. It helps improve lead quality by verifying email addresses and phone numbers through the Email Oversight service integration.

To configure Email Oversight Validation in the admin panel:

• Login into the PingTreeSystems Admin Dashboard
• Click on your Profile Menu from the top-right corner
• Select Setting from the dropdown menu
• The system will open the platform configuration page
• Locate the Email Over Sight section

The Email switch enables or disables email verification functionality:

• ON — All submitted email addresses will be validated using the Email Oversight API
• OFF — Email validation will be skipped during lead processing
• This helps prevent invalid, fake, or disposable email addresses from entering the system

The Phone switch controls phone number validation:

• ON — Phone numbers are validated before accepting leads
• OFF — Phone validation is bypassed
• This improves lead quality and reduces invalid contact submissions

The API Token field is used to connect your system with the Email Oversight service.

• Enter the valid Email Oversight API Token provided by your Email Oversight account
• The API token authenticates requests sent from PingTreeSystems to the validation service
• Without a valid token, email and phone validation requests cannot be processed

The List ID field identifies the Email Oversight validation list or campaign.

• Enter the appropriate Email Oversight List ID
• This List ID helps organize and track validation requests inside your Email Oversight account
• The List ID may vary depending on your validation configuration or campaign setup

After completing the configuration:

• Enable the required validation toggles
• Enter the correct API Token and List ID
• Click the Save button
• The system will store the Email Oversight configuration and apply validation during lead processing
