Trusted Form Claim is a lead certification and compliance verification feature used to validate and certify lead consent records. It helps verify that customer leads were collected with proper consent and compliance tracking.

To configure Trusted Form Claim in the admin panel:

• Login into the PingTreeSystems Admin Dashboard
• Click on your Profile Menu from the top-right corner
• Select Setting from the dropdown menu
• The system settings page will open
• Locate the Trusted Form Claim section

The top toggle switch controls whether Trusted Form Claim verification is enabled or disabled.

• ON — Trusted Form Claim verification is enabled for lead processing
• OFF — Trusted Form Claim verification is disabled
• When enabled, the system validates TrustedForm certificates attached to leads

The Trusted Form Claim API Token field is used to connect PingTreeSystems with the TrustedForm service.

• Enter the valid Trusted Form Claim API Key provided by your TrustedForm account
• The API token authenticates requests between the system and TrustedForm
• Without a valid API token, certificate claim requests cannot be processed

After entering the required configuration:

• Enable the Trusted Form Claim toggle
• Enter the valid Trusted Form Claim API Key
• Click the Save button
• The system will store the configuration and apply TrustedForm verification during lead processing

When a lead is submitted with a TrustedForm certificate:

• The system sends the certificate information to the TrustedForm API
• The API validates the certificate authenticity and consent details
• If validation is successful, the certificate is claimed and linked to the lead
• This helps maintain compliance and lead verification records

Using Trusted Form Claim provides several advantages:
