• Step 1 — Open Ping Tree

Click on Ping Tree from the left sidebar to open the listing page. View all publishers with their VID, assigned lead types, and campaign mapping stats showing Total, Active, Inactive, Live, and Test campaign counts for each lead type.

  • Step 2 — Search & Filter

Use the Publisher/VID and Lead Type filters at the top to quickly find a specific publisher and lead type mapping. Click Search to get results instantly.

  • Step 3 — Open Ping Tree Mapping

Click on any lead type name from the listing to open the Ping Tree Mapping page for that publisher and lead type. Here you will see two sections — the Ping Tree List on the left and the Not in Ping Tree section on the right.

  • Step 4 — Understand Price-Based Distribution

Campaigns in the Ping Tree List are ordered from highest to lowest price. When a lead comes in, the system first offers it to the highest paying buyer. If rejected, it automatically moves to the next buyer in the tree — ensuring maximum lead monetization.

  • Step 5 — Enable Round Robin (Optional)

Toggle the Round Robin switch at the top to distribute leads equally across all mapped buyer campaigns instead of following price-based order. This is useful when you want balanced lead distribution across multiple buyers.

  • Step 6 — Add Campaigns to Ping Tree

The Not in Ping Tree section on the right shows all available buyer campaigns grouped by buyer name that are not yet mapped. Simply drag any campaign from the right side and drop it into the Ping Tree list on the left to add it to the distribution tree.

  • Step 7 — Reorder Campaign Priority

Once campaigns are in the Ping Tree list, drag them up or down to set your preferred priority order. The campaign at the top receives the lead first — giving you full control over your lead routing strategy.
