• Step 1 — View Email Marketing Data

    Click on Email Marketing from the left sidebar and select Data to open the contact listing page. View all contacts with their ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Sent status, Sent Date, Open status, and Registration Date. Use filters — Date Range, ID, Email, Phone, Name, Email Sent, and Open Status — to find specific contacts. Use the Download button to export contacts or the Delete button to remove selected records.

  • Step 2 — Upload Contacts via CSV

    Click on Upload from the sidebar. Click Choose File to select your CSV file and click Submit to upload. Important rules for the CSV file:

    • The CSV must have four columns — Email, First Name, Last Name, and Phone
    • The Email field is mandatory — contacts without email will not be uploaded
  • Step 3 — Configure SMTP

    Click on SMTP from the sidebar to manage email sending accounts. Click Add to create a new SMTP and fill in:

    • From Email & From Name — the sender identity
    • Reply to Email — email for replies
    • Protocol, Hostname & Port — SMTP server details
    • Username & Password — SMTP authentication credentials
    • Max Limit — maximum emails this SMTP can send per day
    • Status — Active or Inactive
    • Alert Email — email to notify when the daily limit is reached

    Click Submit to save. Note: Email sending runs from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

  • Step 4 — Create Email Templates

    Click on Templates from the sidebar to manage email templates. Click Add to create a new template and fill in:

    • Subject — the email subject line
    • Status — Active or Inactive
    • Body — write the email content using the rich text editor — supports text formatting, Bold, Italic, links, images, and more

    Click Submit to save the template.

  • Step 5 — Configure Email Sending Schedule

    Click on Setting from the sidebar to set your email sending schedule based on EST timezone. For each day:

    • Check the day checkbox to enable sending — Monday through Sunday
    • Set the Start Time and End Time for email delivery
    • Configure holiday schedules — New Year’s Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Veterans Day, Christmas Day, MLK Day — by checking and setting time windows
  • Step 6 — View Email Reports

    Click on Report from the sidebar to track your email campaign performance. Select a Date Range and click Search. The report shows:

    • Report Table — From Email, total Sent count, and Open count per SMTP account
    • Error Report — From Email and Error description for any failed email deliveries — helping you quickly identify and fix sending issues
