• Step 1 — Login as Publisher

    Open the PingTree login page, select Publisher as your login type, enter your Email and Password, and click Login. Use the I forgot my password link if needed.

  • Step 2 — View Your Dashboard

    After logging in, view your Dashboard — Overview & Stats. Your unique VID number is shown in the welcome message. Check Publisher Errors from the last 24 hours and view today’s lead stats — Total, Accepted, Rejected, and Pending — for each lead type.

  • Step 3 — Check Publisher Reports

    Click Reports → Publisher Report to view your full lead performance. Filter by Date Range and Lead Type to see:

    • Pie & Bar Charts showing lead breakdown for last 30 days
    • Lead Report: Total, Accepted, Ping Accepted, Rejected, Ping Rejected, Pending, Filter Out, Validation Failed, Returned, Unsold
    • Revenue Report: Total Publisher Price earned
  • Step 4 — View Failed Lead Report

    Click Publisher Failed Lead to see all leads that failed validation. Filter by Date Range, Lead Type, and Validation Type to identify and fix submission issues quickly.

  • Step 5 — Analyze Source Report

    Click Source Report to see lead performance broken down by traffic source — showing Total, Accepted, Ping Accepted, Rejected, Pending, Returned, and Filter Out counts per source.

  • Step 6 — Track Return Report

    Click Return Report to view all leads returned by buyers. Filter by Date Range and Lead Type to monitor your return rate and manage lead quality effectively.

  • Step 7 — View Total Requests Report

    Click Total Requests to see a day-by-day breakdown showing Total Leads submitted, Publisher Failed Leads, and Total Requests — giving you complete visibility into your daily submission activity.

  • Step 8 — Manage Lead Listing

    Click Lead Listing from the sidebar to view all submitted leads organized by lead type. Each lead shows ID, Sold Price, Name, Email, Phone, Status — Accepted, Rejected, or Ping Accept — and Registration Date. Filter by Date Range or search by ID, Email, Phone, or Name.

  • Step 9 — Test Lead Forms

    Click Lead Forms to test your lead submission directly from the portal. Fill in Personal Information fields — VID, Name, Email, Phone, Universal Lead ID, Trusted Form URL, IP Address, Landing Page URL — along with Dynamic Fields specific to your lead type. Submit to verify your integration before going live.

  • Step 10 — Upload Leads via CSV

    Click Upload Leads to bulk upload leads using a CSV file. Select the Lead Type, choose your CSV file, and click Submit. Important rules to follow:

    • Remove duplicates from your CSV file before uploading
    • Column names must match posting specs exactly — case sensitive
    • All required fields from posting specs must be included
    • Data values must match exactly as defined in posting specs
    • Use date format MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD
