• Step 1 — Open Upload Leads

    Click on Upload Leads from the left sidebar to open the Upload Data page.

  • Step 2 — Select Publisher ID (VID)

    Choose the correct VID (Publisher ID) from the dropdown. Duplicate checking will be done based on the publisher you select here.

  • Step 3 — Select Lead Type

    Choose the Lead Type for the leads you are uploading — such as Solar, Payday, Mortgage Loan, Auto Insurance, and more.

  • Step 4 — Choose Your CSV File

    Click the Choose File button and select your prepared CSV file from your computer. Make sure your CSV follows all the formatting rules before uploading.

  • Step 5 — Upload and Post to Buyer (Optional)

    Check the Upload and post to buyer checkbox if you want the uploaded leads to be directly posted to buyers. Note: this option supports a maximum of 10 leads per upload.

  • Step 6 — Follow These CSV Rules Before Uploading
    • Remove any duplicate entries from your CSV file before uploading — the system only checks duplicates against the database
    • Column names must be exactly the same as in the posting specs — they are case sensitive
    • All required fields from the posting specs must be included in your CSV file
    • Data values must match exactly as defined in the posting specs select options
    • All date fields must be in MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD format
  • Step 7 — Submit Your File

    Once everything is ready, click the Submit button to upload your leads into the system. Click Cancel if you want to discard and start over.
