• Step 1 — Open Lead Listing

    Click on Lead Listing from the left sidebar and select any lead type — such as Solar, Payday, Mortgage Loan, and more. View all leads with their ID, Publisher VID, Buyer, Campaign Name, Buyer Price, Name, Email, Phone, Status, and Registration Date.

  • Step 2 — Search & Filter Leads

    Use the filters at the top to quickly find any lead. You can filter by:

    • Date Range — filter leads by submission date
    • ID, Email, Phone, or Name — search for a specific lead
    • Publisher / VID — filter by publisher
    • Status — Accepted, Rejected, Pending, Ping Accept, Timeout
    • Buyer & Campaign — filter by buyer or campaign name
  • Step 3 — Download Leads

    Click the green Download button next to the search button to export all filtered lead data as a downloadable file.

  • Step 4 — View Lead & Buyer Log

    Click the View icon (magnifying glass) next to any lead to open its full detail page. Go to the Buyer Log tab to see the complete distribution history — showing each buyer’s Ping Price, Ping Status, Ping Time, Post Price, Post Status, Post Time, and a Show Log button to view the raw request and response data.

  • Step 5 — Show Lead Details

    Click the Pencil (Show) icon next to any lead to open the full lead form. Show any Personal Information or Dynamic Fields — such as Name, Email, Phone, Address, Credit Rating, Property Type, and more — and save your changes.

  • Step 6 — Delete Selected Records

    Select leads using the checkboxes on the left and click Delete Selected Record at the bottom to permanently remove those leads from the system.

  • Step 7 — Post to Buyer (Single Lead)

    Select one lead that is in Pending status and click Post to Buyer to manually send that lead to the buyer for processing. This action only works for leads with Pending status.

  • Step 8 — Submit All Buyer (Bulk Post)

    Select between 1 to 500 leads that are in Pending status and click Submit All Buyer to bulk post all selected leads to buyers at once. This action only works for leads with Pending status.
