• What Is Publisher Filter Module?

    The Publisher Filter Module allows Admin users to create custom lead filtering rules for Publishers. These filters help validate, route, accept, or reject incoming leads based on specific lead field conditions.

  • Navigate To Publisher Module

    Follow these steps to access the Publisher Filter section:

    • Login into the PingTreeSystems Admin Dashboard
    • From the left side menu, click on Publisher
    • The system will open the Publisher Listing page
  • Open Publisher Lead Type Settings

    Inside the Publisher Listing page:

    • Select the Publisher you want to configure
    • Click on the required Lead Type from the LeadType column
    • The Publisher Edit page will open
    • Go to the Leadtype Settings tab
  • Locate Filters Section

    Scroll down inside the Leadtype Settings page.

    • Find the section named Filters
    • This section is used to create and manage Publisher lead filtering rules
  • How To Create A New Filter

    To create a new Publisher filter:

    • Enter the Filter Name
    • Example: Marital Status
    • Click the Add button
    • The filter will appear inside the Filter List section
  • Configure Filter Conditions

    After creating the filter, configure the filter logic:

    • Field — Select the lead field to validate
    • Example: maritalStatus
    • Operator — Select the comparison operator
    • Example: IN COMMA SEPARATED
    • Value — Enter or select the allowed values
    • Example: Single, Divorced
  • THEN Action Configuration

    The THEN section defines what action should occur when the filter condition matches.

    • Select action type:
      • ACCEPT
      • REJECT
    • Select lead routing option:
      • Ping/Post
  • Save Filter Configuration

    After configuring all filter settings:

    • Click the Save button
    • The Publisher filter will become active
    • Incoming leads will automatically follow the configured filter rules
  • Filter List Management

    The Filter List section helps manage all configured Publisher filters.

    • View all created filters
    • Enable or disable filters
    • Delete unwanted filters using the red cross icon
    • Create multiple filters for different lead validation scenarios
