    • Lead Type — the lead type associated with the campaign (e.g., Legal, Healthinsurance)
    • Buyer — the buyer name linked to the campaign (e.g., Test, Test One)

  • Filter Campaigns By Lead Type, Buyer, Mode, or Status

At the top of the Buyer Campaigns listing, use the filter dropdowns to narrow down the list:

    • Lead Type — filter campaigns by a specific lead type
    • Buyer — filter campaigns by a specific buyer
    • Mode — filter by campaign mode
    • Status — filter by active or inactive campaigns
    • Click the Search (🔍) button to apply the selected filters
  • How To Open A Campaign To Set Filters

To set a filter on a specific buyer campaign:

    • Locate the campaign you want in the listing table (e.g., Test SSDI DP)
    • Click the Edit (✏️ pencil icon) button in the Act column for that campaign row
    • This will open the Buyer Campaign » Edit page for that campaign
    • Click on the Filters tab at the top of the edit page
  • Filters Tab Overview

The Filters tab allows you to define rules that determine which leads are accepted or rejected for this buyer campaign. The tab contains the following sections:

    • Filter List — displays all existing filters created for this campaign (e.g., category). Each filter in the list shows a green checkmark (active) and options to edit or delete it
    • Enter Filter Name + Add — type a new filter name in the input field and click Add to create a new filter
  • How To Configure A Filter Rule

After selecting or creating a filter, configure the filter rule using the following fields:

    • Filter Name — the name of the filter (e.g., category)
    • Field — select the lead field to filter on from the dropdown (e.g., category)
    • Operator — select the condition operator (e.g., IN COMMA SEPARATED) that defines how the field value is evaluated
    • Value — enter or select the value(s) to match against (e.g., Social Security & Disability (SSD)). Multiple values can be added as comma-separated entries
    • Click Click here to add a row to add additional filter conditions to the same filter rule
  • THEN — Accept or Reject the Lead

After defining the filter conditions, set the outcome using the THEN action:

    • ACCEPT — if the lead matches the filter conditions, accept it and send to the buyer
    • REJECT — if the lead matches the filter conditions, reject it and do not send to the buyer
    • Select the posting method for accepted leads — e.g., Ping/Post
  • TCPA Litigator Phone Blacklist Filter

At the bottom of the Filters tab, there is a TCPA Litigator Phone Blacklist Filter out checkbox. Enable this option to automatically filter out phone numbers that appear on the TCPA litigator blacklist — protecting your campaign from compliance risks.

  • Advanced View

Click the Advanced View button at the bottom-right of the Filters tab to switch to a more detailed filter configuration interface — useful for setting up complex multi-condition filter logic.

  • Save The Filter

Once you have configured all filter conditions and set the THEN action, click the Save button to apply the filter to the buyer campaign. The filter will immediately be active and will be applied to all incoming leads for this campaign.
