Step 1 — Login as Buyer
Open the PingTree login page and select Buyer as your login type. Enter your Email and Password and click Login. If you forgot your password, use the I forgot my password link to reset it.

Step 2 — View Your Dashboard
After logging in, you will land on the Dashboard — Overview & Stats page. Here you can see your setup instructions, saved credit card details, existing account balance, and a revenue report showing your lead sales for the current and previous month.

Step 3 — Check Buyer Reports
Click on Reports from the sidebar and select Buyer Report. Filter by Date Range, Lead Type, and Report Type to view your complete Lead Report and Revenue Report including:
- Lead Report: Total, Accepted, Rejected, Returned, Return Approved, Return Declined, Filter Out, Buyer Error
- Revenue Report: Buyer Price, Avg Price per Lead, Redirected Price, Returned Price

Step 4 — View Lead Listing
Click on Lead Listing from the sidebar to see all leads received under your account. Filter by Date Range or search by ID, Email, Phone, or Name. Each lead shows the Name, Email, Phone, Category, Status, and Registration Date.

Step 5 — Manage Payments & Add Funds
Click on Payment Setting from the sidebar to manage your account funds. You can:
- View your existing balance at the top
- Edit your saved credit card details anytime
- Set a Fund Amount Limit and add funds with a description by clicking Submit
- View your complete transaction history with Amount, Last Balance, and Date
