Step 1 — Open Publisher Report
Click on Reports from the left sidebar and select Publisher Report to open the lead performance report page.

Step 2 — Apply Filters
Use the filters at the top to customize your report view:
- Date Range — select the period you want to analyze
- Lead Type — filter by a specific lead category like Solar, Payday, Mortgage, and more
- VID — filter by a specific Publisher ID
- Type — choose Publisher wise or overall report view

Step 3 — View Pie Chart
The Pie Chart gives you a quick visual breakdown of all leads for the selected period — showing Accepted, Rejected, Pending, and Returned leads with total counts at a glance.

Step 4 — Analyze Bar Chart
The Bar Chart on the right shows the number of leads submitted day by day — helping you identify your busiest lead submission dates and track performance trends over time.

Step 5 — Review Lead Report Table
The detailed Lead Report table shows per publisher VID:
- Total leads submitted
- Accepted and Accepted percentage
- Ping Accepted and Ping Accepted percentage
- Rejected and Rejected percentage
- Ping Rejected, Pending, Filter Out, Validation Failed, Returned, and Unsold counts

Step 6 — Check Revenue Report
The Revenue Report table at the bottom shows financial performance per publisher VID:
- Publisher Price — amount paid out to the publisher
- Buyer Price — amount received from the buyer
- Profit — your margin shown as dollar amount and percentage
