Step 1 — Go to Top Right Corner
Click on your profile name at the top right corner of the screen. A dropdown menu will appear showing — My Account, Setting, Change Password, Integrations, and Logout — along with your Last Login date and time.

Step 2 — Click on Setting
Click the Setting option from the dropdown menu to open the system Settings page.

Step 3 — Find Email Daily Report
On the Settings page, scroll to find the Email Daily Report toggle switch. This setting controls whether a daily lead performance report is automatically sent to your registered support email.

Step 4 — Enable or Disable Daily Report
Click the Email Daily Report toggle to turn it ON or OFF:
- ON — the system will automatically send a daily lead report to your support email — support@pingtreesystems.com — every day summarizing your lead performance across all lead types
- OFF — no daily report email will be sent

Step 5 — Save the Setting
Click the Save button to apply the changes. Once enabled, you will start receiving a daily lead report email automatically — keeping you updated on your system’s lead performance every day without having to log in manually.
