• What Are The Required Fields For Choosing “Go High Level”?

    The Go High Level (GHL) integration allows Publisher leads to be automatically sent into your Go High Level CRM for lead management, automation, and marketing workflows.

  • Navigate To Publisher Module

    Follow these steps to access the Go High Level configuration section:

    • Login into the PingTreeSystems Admin Dashboard
    • From the left side menu, click on Publisher
    • The system will open the Publisher Listing page
  • Open Publisher Configuration

    Inside the Publisher Listing page:

    • Click the Add button available at the top-right corner to create a new Publisher
    • Or open an existing Publisher configuration
    • Go to the Leadtype Settings tab
  • Select Lead Type

    Inside the Lead Type section:

    • Select any required Lead Type
    • Example: Payday, MortgageLoan, HealthInsurance, etc.
    • The selected Lead Type configuration settings will appear below
  • Enable Go High Level Integration

    Scroll down to the 3rd Party CRM section.

    • Check the Go High Level checkbox
    • The Go High Level configuration fields will become visible
  • Required Fields For Go High Level

    The following fields are required for configuring Go High Level integration:

    • Access Token — Enter the valid Go High Level API access token
    • GHL Tags — Enter tags that should be assigned to leads inside Go High Level CRM
  • Optional Custom Field Mapping

    You can also configure additional custom lead field mappings.

    • GHL Custom Field Name — Enter the Go High Level custom field name or field ID
    • Value — Enter the corresponding lead field or mapped value
    • Click the “ + ” button to add multiple custom field mappings
  • Get Custom Field Name And ID

    The system also provides a helper link for retrieving Go High Level field details.

    • Click on the Get Custom Field Name and ID link
    • This helps identify the correct custom field names or IDs from your Go High Level account
    • Use the retrieved values while configuring custom mappings
  • How To Save Go High Level Configuration

    After entering all required details:

    • Verify the Access Token is valid
    • Enter the required GHL Tags
    • Add optional custom field mappings if needed
    • Save the Publisher configuration
