• How To Get The Value Of List ID Into Mailchimp Section

    The List ID in the Mailchimp section is used to connect Publisher leads with a specific Mailchimp Audience list for automatic lead syncing and email marketing.

  • Navigate To Publisher Module

    Follow these steps to access the Mailchimp configuration section:

    • Login into the PingTreeSystems Admin Dashboard
    • From the left side menu, click on Publisher
    • The system will open the Publisher Listing page
  • Open Publisher Configuration

    Inside the Publisher Listing page:

    • Click the Add button available at the top-right corner to create a new Publisher
    • Or open an existing Publisher configuration
    • Go to the Leadtype Settings tab
  • Select Lead Type

    Inside the Lead Type section:

    • Select any required Lead Type
    • Example: Payday, MortgageLoan, HealthInsurance, etc.
    • The Lead Type configuration settings will appear below
  • Enable Mailchimp Integration

    Scroll down to the 3rd Party CRM section.

    • Check the Mailchimp checkbox
    • The Mailchimp configuration fields will become visible
    • The section contains:
      • API Key
      • List ID
      • MC Custom Field Name
      • Value
  • How To Get Mailchimp List ID

    To find the List ID from your Mailchimp account:

    • Login into your Mailchimp Account
    • Go to the Audience menu
    • Click on All Contacts
    • Open the Settings menu
    • Select Audience name and campaign defaults
    • Scroll to the Audience information section
    • Here you will find the Audience ID / List ID
    • Copy the displayed List ID value
  • Add List ID Into PingTreeSystems

    After copying the Mailchimp List ID:

    • Paste the value into the List ID field inside the Mailchimp section
    • Enter the valid API Key
    • Configure optional custom field mappings if required
    • Save the Publisher configuration
