• Step 1 — Open Total Requests Report

Click on Reports from the left sidebar and select Total Requests. Filter by Date Range, Lead Type, and VID then click Search to view the report.

  • Step 2 — Understand the Report Columns

The Lead Report table shows the following for each publisher per date:

    • Date — the date of lead activity
    • VID — the Publisher ID and name
    • Total Leads — total number of leads submitted by the publisher
    • Publisher Failed Leads — leads that failed validation at the publisher level
    • Total Requests — total number of API requests made for all lead submissions
  • Step 3 — How Request Counting Works

Every API call made to the system is counted as one request. For each lead submission the requests are counted as follows:

    • Publisher Ping — 1 request when the publisher sends a ping
    • Publisher Post — 1 request when the publisher sends the full lead post
    • Buyer Pings — if 3 buyers are mapped in the Ping Tree, the system pings all 3 buyers — adding 3 requests
    • Buyer Post — 1 request when the system posts the lead to the accepting buyer
    • Third Party Integration — each connected third party service — such as Jornaya, Trusted Form, IP Quality Score, or any CRM — adds 1 request per call
  • Step 4 — Example Request Calculation

For a single lead submission with 3 buyers mapped and 1 third party integration the total requests would be:

    • 1 Publisher Ping
    • 1 Publisher Post
    • 3 Buyer Pings (one per mapped buyer)
    • 1 Buyer Post (to the accepting buyer)
    • 1 Third Party Integration call
    • Total = 9+ requests per lead
  • Step 5 — View Buyer Log for Lead Details

Click on any lead from the Lead Listing to open the Buyer Log tab. Here you can see the complete distribution history for that lead — showing each Buyer, Campaign, Integration, Ping Price, Ping Status, Ping Time, Post Price, Post Status, Post Time, and a Show Log button to view the raw request and response data for every buyer the lead was sent to.
