What Is the User Module?
The User / Staff module allows the SuperAdmin or Admin to manage all system users — including Admins, Superadmins, and Quality Check staff. You can view, add, edit, or delete users from a single listing screen accessible via the left sidebar → User/Staff.
-
User Listing Table
The main screen displays a listing table of all registered users with the following columns:
- ID — unique system-generated identifier for each user
- Name — full name of the user or staff member
- Email — login email address of the user
- UserType — role assigned to the user, such as Admin, Superadmin, or Quality Check
- Status — ON/OFF toggle to activate or deactivate a user account instantly
- cDate — the date and time when the user account was created
- Action — edit (pencil icon) or delete (trash icon) buttons to manage each user
-
User Types / Roles
Each user in the system is assigned a UserType that defines their access level within the platform:
- Superadmin — highest level of access; can manage all modules, users, and system settings
- Admin — can manage lead types, publishers, buyers, reports, and other core modules
- Quality Check — limited access role typically used for reviewing and validating lead quality
-
Add New User
To add a new user, click the Add button in the top-right corner of the User listing screen. You will be prompted to enter the user’s name, email, password, and assign a UserType — allowing you to onboard new staff members quickly.
-
Edit & Delete User
Each user row in the listing has two action buttons:
- Edit (✏️ pencil icon) — opens the user’s profile to update their name, email, password, or role
- Delete (🗑️ trash icon) — permanently removes the user account from the system
-
Activate / Deactivate User
Each user has a Status toggle (ON / OFF) in the listing. Switching a user to OFF immediately deactivates their account — preventing them from logging in — without deleting their data. This is useful for temporarily suspending access for a staff member.
-
Sorting & Search
The User listing supports column sorting (via up/down arrows on ID, Name, Email, UserType, Status, and cDate columns) and a search bar at the top of the sidebar to quickly locate a specific user by name or keyword.
