The Publisher module allows Admin users to view the Posting Specifications (Posting Specs) configured for each Publisher’s selected Lead Types.

Follow these steps to open the Publisher Listing page:

• Login into the PingTreeSystems Admin Dashboard
• From the left side menu, click on Publisher
• The system will open the Publisher Listing page

The Publisher Listing page displays all registered publishers along with their information.

• VID — Vendor ID assigned to the Publisher
• Company Name — Publisher company name
• Name — Contact person name
• Email — Registered publisher email address
• Phone — Publisher contact number
• Status — Active or inactive publisher status
• Posting Specs — Displays the Posting Specification access icons
• LeadType — Lead Types assigned to the Publisher
• cDate — Publisher account creation date

Inside the Posting Specs column:

• Locate the Publisher record whose Posting Specs you want to view
• Click the Book Icon button available under the Posting Specs field
• Each Book icon represents a Lead Type assigned to that Publisher
• Clicking the icon opens the Posting Instructions page for that specific Lead Type

After clicking the Book icon, the system opens the Posting Instructions page for the selected Lead Type.

• The page title displays the selected Lead Type name (example: Posting Instructions For Payday Leads)
• The supported posting method is displayed (example: HTTP POST)
• The API POST URL is shown for lead submission
• The required Header Content-Type information is provided
• A complete field mapping table is displayed for integration setup

The Posting Specification table contains all required lead posting parameters.

• Post Required — Indicates whether the field is mandatory
• Field Name — API parameter name
• Contents — Description of the parameter
• Field Type — Expected data type and length
• Example Value — Sample value for reference

The Posting Instructions page also provides a PDF export option.

• Click the Download PDF button available at the top-right corner
• The system downloads the complete Posting Specification document in PDF format
• This PDF can be shared with Publisher integration teams or developers

Posting Specifications help Publishers integrate leads correctly into the PingTreeSystems platform.

• Provides accurate API integration instructions
• Defines required and optional lead fields clearly
• Reduces integration errors during lead posting
• Helps developers validate lead submission formats
• Ensures proper lead delivery and processing
