Step 1 — Go to Dashboard
Log in to your PingTree Lead Distribution System and go to the Dashboard.

Step 2 — Open User Profile
At the top right corner of the screen, click on your User Profile name or icon to open the profile menu.

Step 3 — Click on Settings
Click the Settings button from the profile menu. This will open the complete system settings page where all configuration options are available.

Step 4 — Find Zoho Integration Section
Scroll through the settings page to locate the Zoho Integration section. This section contains all the fields required to connect your PingTree system with your Zoho CRM account.

Step 5 — Enter Zoho Credentials
Fill in the following credentials to complete the integration:
- Zoho Client ID — enter the Client ID from your Zoho API console
- Client Secret ID — enter the Client Secret from your Zoho API console
- Refresh Token — enter the Refresh Token generated from your Zoho OAuth authorization

Step 6 — Save the Integration
Once all credentials are entered, click Save to connect PingTree with your Zoho CRM. After successful integration, leads can be automatically posted to Zoho CRM as new lead records whenever a lead is accepted in the system.
