How To Navigate To SMS Integration Settings
To access the SMS Integration section, follow these steps:
- Click on your profile name / avatar at the top-right corner of the screen (e.g., “Hello, System SuperAdmin”)
- A dropdown menu will appear — click on Setting
- This will open the Settings page — scroll down to find the SMS Integration section

Choose Your SMS Provider
The SMS Integration section offers three options to select your preferred SMS provider:
- Not Needed Now — select this if you do not want to configure any SMS integration at this time; no fields are required
- Twilio — select this to integrate with Twilio, a widely used SMS and communication platform
- ClickSend — select this to integrate with ClickSend, an alternative SMS delivery service

Setting Up Twilio
If you select Twilio as your SMS provider, the following fields will appear on the right side. Fill in all three fields from your Twilio account dashboard:
- Twilio Account SID — enter your unique Twilio Account SID, found in your Twilio console under Account Info
- Twilio Auth Token — enter your Twilio Auth Token used to authenticate API requests
- Twilio Phone Number — enter the Twilio phone number from which SMS messages will be sent (e.g., +1XXXXXXXXXX)

Setting Up ClickSend
If you select ClickSend as your SMS provider, the following fields will appear on the right side. Fill in both fields from your ClickSend account:
- ClickSend Username — enter the username associated with your ClickSend account
- ClickSend API Key — enter the API key generated from your ClickSend account dashboard to authenticate SMS sending

How To Save SMS Integration Settings
After selecting your preferred SMS provider and filling in the required credentials, click the Save button at the bottom-right of the SMS Integration section. Your SMS configuration will be applied immediately and used for all outgoing SMS notifications in the system.

Switching Between Providers
You can switch between Twilio, ClickSend, or Not Needed Now at any time by simply selecting a different radio button and saving. Only the credentials for the currently selected provider will be used by the system.
