• Step 1 — Open API Integration

    Click on Buyer from the left sidebar, select API Integration, and click the Edit icon next to the integration you want to update.

  • Step 2 — Go to General Information Tab

    Make sure you are on the General Information tab of the API Integration edit page.

  • Step 3 — Click Post Type Dropdown

    Locate the Post Type field and click on the dropdown. You will see two available options:

    • Ping & Post — the system first sends a partial ping to the buyer for pre-approval, then posts the full lead if accepted
    • Direct Post — the complete lead data is sent directly to the buyer in a single step without a pre-check ping
  • Step 4 — Select Direct Post

    Click on Direct Post from the dropdown to switch this integration from Ping & Post to Direct Post method. This means all leads will now be delivered to the buyer instantly without a ping pre-check.

  • Step 5 — Save the Changes

    Click Save to apply the changes. The integration will now use Direct Post method for all lead deliveries — sending complete lead data to the buyer in one step going forward.
