• How To Get Values Of Phonebook ID Into The Call Hub Field?

    The Call Hub integration allows Publisher leads to be automatically pushed into your Call Hub phonebook for calling campaigns and lead management.

  • Navigate To Publisher Module

    Follow these steps to access the Call Hub configuration section:

    • Login into the PingTreeSystems Admin Dashboard
    • From the left side menu, click on Publisher
    • The system will open the Publisher Listing page
  • Open Publisher Configuration

    Inside the Publisher Listing page:

    • Click the Add button available at the top-right corner to create a new Publisher
    • Or open an existing Publisher configuration
    • Go to the Leadtype Settings tab
  • Select Lead Type

    Inside the Lead Type section:

    • Select any required Lead Type
    • Example: Payday, MortgageLoan, HealthInsurance, etc.
    • The selected Lead Type configuration settings will appear below
  • Enable Call Hub Integration

    Scroll down to the 3rd Party CRM section.

    • Check the Call Hub checkbox
    • The PhoneBook ID field will become visible
  • How To Get Call Hub PhoneBook ID

    To find the PhoneBook ID from your Call Hub account:

    • Login into your Call Hub Account
    • Go to the Phonebooks section
    • Select the Phonebook you want to connect with PingTreeSystems
    • Open the selected Phonebook details page
    • Check the browser URL of the opened Phonebook
    • The numeric value or identifier available in the URL is your PhoneBook ID
    • Copy the PhoneBook ID from the URL
  • Add PhoneBook ID Into PingTreeSystems

    After copying the PhoneBook ID:

    • Paste the value into the PhoneBook ID field inside the Call Hub section
    • Save the Publisher configuration
    • The system will use this PhoneBook ID while sending leads into Call Hub
