• How To Get Folder/Category ID While Adding New Publisher

    While configuring a Publisher with 3rd Party CRM integrations such as Phone Burner, you may need to enter the correct Folder/Category ID. The Folder/Category ID can be identified from the selected Lead Type settings of the Publisher.

  • Navigate To Publisher Listing Page

    Follow these steps to open the Publisher Listing page:

    • Login into the PingTreeSystems Admin Dashboard
    • From the left side menu, click on Publisher
    • The system will open the Publisher Listing page
  • Select Publisher Lead Type

    Inside the Publisher Listing page:

    • Locate the Publisher record you want to configure
    • In the LeadType column, click on any selected Lead Type name
    • Example: Payday, Mortgageloan, Healthinsurance, etc.
    • The system will open the Publisher Edit page for that specific Lead Type configuration
  • Open Leadtype Settings Tab

    After opening the Publisher configuration page:

    • Click on the Leadtype Settings tab
    • The selected Lead Type settings and configuration section will appear
    • This section contains payout, limits, validation, and CRM integration settings
  • Locate 3rd Party CRM Section

    Scroll down to the bottom of the Leadtype Settings page.

    • Find the section named 3rd Party CRM
    • Enable the required CRM integration option such as Phone Burner
    • The CRM configuration fields will become visible
  • Folder/Category ID Field

    The Folder/Category ID field is used to map Publisher leads into the correct CRM folder or category.

    • Enter the appropriate CRM Folder ID or Category ID provided by your CRM platform
    • This ID determines where the posted leads will be stored inside the CRM
    • The value may vary depending on the selected Lead Type and CRM configuration
  • Other CRM Configuration Fields

    The 3rd Party CRM section may also include additional configuration options:

    • User ID — CRM account user identifier
    • Access Token — Authentication token for CRM API access
    • PB Custom Field Name — Custom CRM field mapping name
    • Value — Assigned field mapping value
  • How To Save CRM Configuration

    After entering the required Folder/Category ID and CRM details:

    • Verify all CRM configuration fields carefully
    • Ensure the correct Lead Type is selected
    • Click the appropriate Save or Update button
    • The system will store the CRM mapping configuration for that Publisher Lead Type
