Q: How To Change The Status Of Buyer?

Step 1 — Open Buyer Listing Click on Buyer from the left sidebar and select Buyer Listing to view all registered buyers. Step 2 — Find the Buyer Locate the buyer you want to update. You can search by ID, Email, or Name or filter by Buyer Status or Lead Type using the filters at the top. Step 3 — Toggle the Status In the Status column, you will see a toggle switch next to each buyer. Simply click the toggle to switch the buyer ON to activate or OFF to deactivate — the change takes effect instantly with no need to save. Step 4 — Verify the Change Once toggled, the status will update immediately in the listing. An ON status means the buyer is active and receiving leads. An OFF status means the buyer is deactivated and will not receive any leads until turned back on.
